Before joining Holt Brothers Construction, Jonte served as a Project Manager for the Guilford County Schools Facilities & Construction Department. He started his career there as an intern, working his way up to a CAD technician and data analyst before being promoted to project manager.

He has worked under tight deadlines, having brought school projects to completion in preparation for the new school year. And he has worked with historic properties, an added bonus as more businesses seek out such opportunties.
A graduate of NC A&T University in Greensboro, NC, Jonte received a Masters of Science degree in industrial technology, construction management and safety, and a Bachelor’s degree in graphic communication systems and technology studies. He received a certificate in geographic information systems from the Environment Systems Research Institute.
