Swinburne is part of Wake County’s Human Services campus off New Bern Avenue and Sunnybrook Road. This project involved the partial renovation of the third floor, with a focus on finish work, as well as electrical and mechanical upgrades.
A major project challenge was the demanding, 30-day schedule. Additionally, all work had to be completed after 6 pm and before 8 am and on weekends, creating additional time pressures.
