With an impressive 39-year track record, she brings a wealth of experience to Holt Brothers. In her role, Debra oversees all aspects of office management, from administrative support to facility management, ensuring a productive and organized workplace. Her responsibilities include preparing payroll, managing all aspects of bookkeeping – such as payables, receivables, and job cost – and providing historical reference by defining procedures for record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
Debra also manages project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control, providing our clients with reliable and transparent financial oversight. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to process improvement have been instrumental in driving our success.
