Project Overview

Holt Brothers has worked on renovation and ground up projects for multiple McDonalds restaurants throughout the southeast. Services include interior remodeling of existing stores completing tasks such as new interior restroom reconfiguration, new counters and tile, new ceiling grid and LED lighting, new décor packages with wall coverings and graphics, and kiosk installs. Exterior work includes new brick masonry, metal panels, new exterior signage, parapet, paint, digital menu boards, canopies and LED wall sconces. The site improvements range from small scale ADA accommodations to full scale parking lot replacements and installation of new drive-throughs.
