Project Overview

The new elementary school provides much-needed relief for Windsor Park, Winterfield, and Idlewild Elementary Schools, creating a modern and spacious learning environment for K-5 students. This 100,000 SF facility, located on a greenfield site within the community, features 45 classrooms designed to support academic success.

The campus also includes dedicated bus and car drop-off areas, staff parking, and a service/loading zone for the kitchen. Outdoor spaces are designed for play and recreation, with two playgrounds, a student playfield, basketball hoops, and walking/running lanes surrounding the bus lot, ensuring a well-rounded experience for students and staff.
